Management Accounting

Students in this program study accounting systems, payroll, business writing, fraud examination and accounting principles. Accounting & Tax Specialist
Students in the accounting and tax specialist program take many of the same courses as those in the management accounting program. In addition, they receive training in tax accounting and take a review course for the Accrediting Council for Accountancy and Taxation (ACAT) exam. This certification demonstrates a mastery of taxation principles and can give graduates an edge in the job market.
