The Master of Science in Management program at Minnesota School of Business (MSB) prepares students for leadership in their specific areas of interest or expertise. The program offers the following areas of emphasis:

  • Health Care Management. This emphasis covers advanced topics in the health care industry, including regulatory issues, personnel management, ethics and health care administration. Graduates are prepared for management positions in health care policy, health care administration, government health agencies and other health care related organizations.
  • Information Technology. MSM students who focus on IT will study concepts in business leadership specific to information technology, acquiring skills for this fast-changing industry. Graduates are prepared to become managers in various areas of IT.
  • Managerial Leadership. This emphasis provides management training that can be applied to a broad spectrum of sectors.

You may qualify for credit toward your degree

We recognize the value of professional work experience, including certifications, military training and previous college coursework. You may satisfy up to 50% of MSM program requirements for such prior learning. Please contact your campus dean about the process for applying for credit for work experience.
